Sam Wehbe is a seasoned 10x executive who has spent over a two decades working with small business and startups. He’s helped launch new businesses, pivot existing ones, and scale others.
On the startup front, he has spent a career working across the lifecycle of firms (startup, growth, mature, distressed) managing innovative and disruptive technologies and business models that radically change the status quo. From drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), software-as-a-service (SaaS), online marketplaces, e-commerce, and big data and privacy solutions.
Sam’s key strength is the ability to take the complex and distill the business value to wide ranging industries and consumer markets.
Sam is a veteran of many successful start-up organizations including four exits. He holds a Bachelor of International Business degree with honours from Carleton University and a Master of Business Administration from Queens University. Sam is also Pragmatic Marketing level six certified and a graduate of Pavillion’s CRO and CMO School programs.
Years ago, Sam was introduced to an entrepreneur looking for marketing help. She had hired no less than 7 marketing consultants over the years and all she was left with was many useless marketing plans.
So much money wasted and so little accomplished.
Unfortunately, she wasn’t the last person to experience this problem.
As Sam helped her the mess a new mission took hold. Strive to be different by driving real business value through a variety of functions.
We’ve held every imaginable position in marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships by wearing executive hats across those functions for very successful companies.
We’ve completed some really cool transformational projects and implemented operating systems for scale. We know what it takes.
It takes the left brain, right brain, two hands and a lot of work to make it all come together.
